Today I was thinking about how cool it would be to visit Oregon and photograph a wedding out there. Oregon somehow manages to pop up in many of my conversations I have with people. I also managed to come across a website this evening promoting an eco-elegant wedding show happening right in Portland on November 21st at the Center for Architecture.
For the eco-conscious brides, this event will be hosting educational seminars regarding ideas for making “more sustainable choices for” your wedding day as well as a fashion show made up of re-claimed materials.
I won’t be able to attend this year as I just now found out about it but I thought I’d post it for those brides and grooms-to-be in case you’re able to visit Oregon this month. It’s a free event so if you do go, please let me know how it is by posting a comment here!
